I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers at the Toronto location at Restore Balance. I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Touro College and a Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School
of Social Work, at Yeshiva University in New York. My areas of specialty include substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and client-centred and integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness interventions, and Motivational Interviewing.

During treatment, I strive to form a therapeutic alliance where I can work together with you as a team. My goal is to help each person discover their strengths and gain new self-awareness that aligns with the needs of their authentic self to improve their quality of life.

When it comes to restoring balance in my own life, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on walks, and reading. I believe self-care is very important, and we must take care of ourselves first to be there for others in our life.

I look forward to meeting you!
