I completed my Master’s Degree in Social Work and an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a specialization in research from Wilfrid Laurier University. My education included a focus on clinical work with individuals and families, mindfulness-based therapies, and how to utilize a trauma-informed approach.

Hello! My name is Tara and I am a Clinical Coordinator at our Toronto location. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and plan on pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. My passions revolve around helping others, especially when they need it most. This is why I am so happy to be a part of the amazing team here at Restore Balance. Ashlee Sud, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

My name is Ashlee Sud and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Restore Balance. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and Philosophy from Queen’s University, and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am particularly interested in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties.
